18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on erozap.com were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.

Content uploaded by creators

Most clips on erozap are produced and uploaded by independent creators, who are the primary producers of that content. Before any of their clips can be published, each creator must have a profile on a creator platform that verifies the age and identity of its creators (such as OnlyFans or Fansly), and a member of our team reviews that profile and approves the account. Creators confirm with every upload that everyone appearing was an adult at the time of recording and consented to it, and that they hold the age and consent records for every person in the clip.

For this content, erozap acts as a host and does not produce or edit the depictions within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c). We keep the record of each creator account check and can request age and consent records from creators at any time.

Some clips are shown through the official embedded player of third-party platforms (such as RedGIFs) or published from licensed sources. That content is hosted by those platforms, and the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for it are kept by its original producers.
