Creator Terms

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms apply to anyone who creates a creator account on erozap.com and uploads clips. They sit alongside the general Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. By ticking “I accept the creator terms” when you sign up, you agree to them.

We tried to keep this readable. If something is unclear, write to us before you post anything.

The short version

  • You must be 18 or older and have an age-verified creator profile (OnlyFans, Fansly…), which we review before your first clips go live.
  • Only post clips you made yourself, where everyone on screen is an adult who agreed to be filmed and published.
  • You keep ownership of your clips. You let us show them on erozap so viewers can find you.
  • Posting is free. We take no commission and you can post the same clips anywhere else.
  • You can delete any clip at any time from your dashboard.
  • Every clip is reviewed before it goes live, and we remove anything that breaks these rules.
  • Studios and agencies can open a studio account for their own productions (section 11).

The rest of this page explains each point in more detail. The detailed version is the one that counts.

1. Who can post

You can open a creator account if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The date of birth you give us must be your real one, and it must match your ID.

One person, one account. Accounts are personal: you cannot sell, share or hand yours over to someone else, and agencies cannot run accounts for creators who have not verified themselves. Production studios have their own type of account, described in section 11.

2. Account check

erozap is open to creators who already have a profile on a creator platform that verifies the age and identity of its creators, such as OnlyFans or Fansly. You give us the link to that profile when you sign up.

Before your first clips go live, a person on our team looks at that profile and checks that it is an active creator account and that you are the person in the clips you upload. If we have a doubt, we may ask you to add a short code to your profile bio for a moment, to confirm the profile is yours. We do not ask you for ID documents and we do not store any. We keep your date of birth, the profile link you gave us and the date of the check.

We may ask for more proof at any time, for example if a profile looks inactive, if a clip raises a doubt about who is on screen, or if we receive a complaint. If you cannot provide it, we will take your clips offline.

If we cannot verify you, we will tell you why by email and you can try again. If we find out later that the information you gave was false, or that the profile is not yours, we will close your account and remove all your clips.

3. What you can post

You can post short adult clips that you created and own. Vertical video works best on erozap. The upload form shows the current limits on file size, length and the number of clips per day.

Each time you upload a clip, you confirm that:

  • you appear in the clip;
  • every person who appears in it was 18 or older when it was recorded;
  • every person who appears in it agreed to be filmed, and agreed to the clip being published on sites like erozap;
  • you hold their ID and a signed release, and you will send them to us if we ask;
  • you own the clip, or have all the rights needed to publish it, including the rights to any music in it.

4. What you cannot post

We have zero tolerance for the following. Any one of them gets the clip removed and usually the account closed as well:

  • anyone under 18, or content that presents or suggests someone is under 18, including roleplay, costumes, titles or tags that imply a minor;
  • anyone who did not consent to being filmed or published, including hidden camera footage, leaked private videos and “revenge porn”;
  • anyone who appears asleep, unconscious, drugged, heavily intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent;
  • real or simulated rape, non-consensual acts, incest, bestiality or necrophilia;
  • serious violence, blood, or anything that shows real harm;
  • content that belongs to someone else, including clips taken from other creators, studios or sites, even if you edited them;
  • deepfakes or AI-generated sexual content showing a real person, including yourself, unless it is clearly labelled and every person shown has agreed in writing;
  • personal information about anyone, such as real names, addresses, phone numbers or workplaces;
  • hate speech, threats or harassment;
  • anything else that is illegal where you live, where we operate or where the viewer lives.

We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the police, and we keep the information they need for their investigation.

5. Your link

Your profile and every clip show a button that sends viewers to a link of your choice, such as your OnlyFans, Fansly, cam room or link page. The link must lead to your own page. It cannot lead to another person’s page, a scam, a phishing page or anything that installs software on the viewer’s device.

We count clicks on this button so we can show you how much traffic you get. Clicks go through a short redirect on erozap before they reach your link. We may remove a link at any time if it breaks these rules.

6. Review and removal

A person on our team reviews every clip before it is published. We may refuse a clip without giving a detailed reason, for example if it is low quality, does not fit the site, or if we cannot confirm that the person on screen is you. When we refuse a clip, we tell you by email.

We can also remove a published clip, suspend your uploads or close your account if you break these terms, if we receive a credible complaint, or if we are legally required to. If you lose your verified status, your clips are taken offline until you are verified again.

7. Who owns your clips

You do. Uploading a clip to erozap does not transfer its ownership to us.

For as long as a clip is online, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host it, stream it, show it in the feed, in search and on your profile, make a cover image and short previews from it, and resize or crop it to fit the vertical format. We may also show your clips and your creator name in promotion for erozap itself, such as a “featured creators” section or a post on our social accounts. We will not sell your clips, put them behind a paywall, or license them to anyone else.

The licence ends when you delete the clip. Copies can stay in our backups and in caches for up to 30 days after that, and we keep the records the law requires us to keep.

8. It’s free

We do not charge you to post and we do not take a share of what you earn on your own platforms. We also do not pay creators for their uploads. There is no exclusivity: you can post the same clips anywhere you like.

We cannot promise any number of views, followers or clicks. How well a clip does depends on viewers, and on where and how often it appears in the feed, which we decide.

9. Deleting your clips or your account

You can remove any clip yourself from your dashboard. It disappears from the site straight away. To close your whole account, write to us from the email address on your account and we will remove your profile and all your clips.

Even after you leave, we keep the records of your account check and of what you uploaded for as long as the law requires. We do not use them for anything else.

10. Other people in your clips

If anyone else appears in a clip, you are responsible for their consent and for keeping proof of their age. We may ask you for a copy of their ID and their signed release. If you cannot send them within seven days, we will take the clip down.

Anyone who appears in a clip can ask us to remove it, even if they agreed to it before. We will take it down while we look into the request.

11. Studios and agencies

Production studios and agencies can open a studio account to post teasers of scenes they produced or are licensed to distribute. The account is opened by a real adult who represents the studio, and the studio is responsible for everything posted from it.

For every clip it posts, the studio confirms that:

  • every performer was 18 or older when the scene was filmed;
  • every performer signed a model release that covers promotional use like this one;
  • the studio keeps the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 (and any similar law that applies to it) and has a custodian of records;
  • the studio owns the clip or holds a license that allows it to publish it here.

When it signs up, the studio gives us the link to its 2257 compliance statement, or the name and address of its custodian of records. We show that link on the studio’s page. If we ask, the studio must send us proof of age and the signed release for any performer within seven days. If it does not, we remove the clip and may close the account.

Performers listed under “Featuring” must have agreed to be named. Any performer can ask us to remove a clip or their name at any time, and we take it down while we look into it.

Studio accounts are for content the studio produced or licensed. They are not a way to manage individual creators: a creator who works with an agency still needs her own creator account, as explained in section 1. Studio clips carry a “Studio” label on erozap, and their link can point to the studio’s site or to an affiliate link.

12. Complaints and takedowns

If you see your content on erozap without your permission, or a clip that breaks these rules, contact us or use our DMCA page. We aim to review every report within 48 hours, and much faster for anything involving a minor or a lack of consent. A clip can be taken offline while we review the report.

If one of your clips is removed after a copyright complaint and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice through the same page.

13. Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you upload and for the link you share. If someone makes a claim against erozap because a clip you posted broke these terms or the law, for example because you did not own it or someone in it had not agreed, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that claim causes us, including legal fees.

We work hard to keep erozap online and your content safe, but we provide the service as it is. We are not liable for lost earnings, lost content or downtime, except where the law does not allow us to limit our liability. Keep your own copies of your clips.

14. Your data

We use your email to manage your account and to send you messages about your verification and your clips. We do not send marketing emails from partners. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to ask us for a copy or for deletion.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and the law change. If a change matters for you, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new version, you can delete your clips and close your account before then. If you keep posting after the date, the new terms apply.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms, your account or a clip: write to contact@erozap.com. Include your creator name so we can find your account quickly.
